Fish Wood Carvings
Wild Carp

Hand carved from local oak, this mount measures 29in by 13in. Inscribed with 'Llyngwyn Lake' as a nod to the original 'wildies' . History says they were stocked there way back in the 12th century by the monks from the local Abbey as a food source. A fascinating piece of history and well worth preserving I think.
Brown Trout

A Welsh wild Brown Trout carved from lime wood and mounted on oak.
